Robert Yun, the founder of Net properties, started working at Master Realty as a real estate sales person. In 2008,ashe joined Park & Associates Real Estate in Los Angeles as a partner, He was involved in three largest new development projects in the mid-wilshire neighborhood during the recession. They sold the most luxurious high-rise condominiums in mid-wilshire: The Summit, Solair, and The Mercury. Starting with The Mercury project in June 2009, they successfully sold and closed all 149 acquired units within seven months. With the successful sellout of The Mercury, they acquired The Summit project in April 2010 and within 5 months they sold over 96 units. On Sep 25, 2010 with Solair’s Grand Opening, they sold 38 units. With successful experiences of making profitable sellouts on three largest condominiums in mid-wilshire, Robert Yun decided to establish his own company, Net Properties in Dec 2012. Since Dec 2012, He sold Residential, Commercial Properties, total volume is over 500 Millions sale for 13 years.
